Previously, Mario had a very successful business in the marine transportation industry.  He has always enjoyed a good meal with family & friends, and a fun time.  When presented with the opportunity to own a restaurant, he jumped at the chance and brought his daughters, Jessica and Deanna, on board with him.  Jessica has a background in finance and Deanna in the law, so the three make a strong ownership team.
